Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
We ship Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our studio.

International

– Standard: 5–10 business days

Shipping Rates

Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery speed.

We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over £150.

UK: NON CUSTOM MADE ORDERS:

Standard delivery (3-5 working days) - FREE above £150.00 / £5.00 below

Next Day Delivery (ordered before 12pm Monday-Friday) - £11.00 GBP

Saturday Delivery (ordered before 12pm on Fri) - £20.00

Sat 10am Delivery (ordered before 12pm on Fri) - £30.00

INTERNATIONAL: NON CUSTOM MADE ORDERS:

Express INTL Shipping (1-2 working days) - £23.00

Standard INTL Shipping (3-7 working days) - £16.00

PRE-ORDER DELIVERIES

Delivery for custom/pre-order items will be 3-12 working days, as these products are made to order no matter your shipment preference. Once your order is ready to ship, your selected shipping method will be used.

Customs & Duties

For international orders, customs fees and import duties may apply.
These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping fee.

Shipping Issues

Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by the carrier. If you experience issues, please contact us — we’ll do what we can to help.

Extra Delivery Information


We ship orders using Royal Mail, DPD, DHL, FEDEX, UPS & TNT. All orders require mandatory processing times within our delivery times of one to two business days on standard products for UK deliveries. Once you have successfully placed your order, order processing will begin automatically and orders cannot be changed nor modified. Delivery addresses cannot be amended without cancelling and replacing a new order.

We are not responsible for any fees (custom fees or taxes) associated with your shipment upon delivery. Customers are also advised to take necessary precautions whilst entering personal and delivery details. We will not be held liable for any incorrect delivery details or shipment addresses, as once orders are sent out there is nothing we can do about any corrections. If in any case an order has been shipped to an incorrect delivery address, or an exchange is honoured, the customer will be held accountable for re-delivery charges.

Shipping confirmation and tracking information is available via email as soon as your order is processed and shipped. We do advise that all orders are placed at least a week in advance to avoid unforeseen delays.
